No ads on PDF activity

Curious as to why neither banner nor interstitial ads appear on the PDF pages I have created. They are present on all Custom and Gallery pages but not PDF.

    The reason is that the PDF activity opens the PDF file in an external application (such as Adobe Reader) outside of the Andromo app.

    Thanks for the explanation. I do note that the PDFs appear to be opened under the Kindle application in my devices.
    It would be nice if ads could appear, however, since that's where the monetization is and a free app heavy into PDF activities (like the one I'm working on) won't bring in much revenue.
    Have to rethink that...
