Struggling with the HTML Activity

Im trying to create an HTML activity and i get a Lauch is Invalid error. i seem to be struggling with the index page. i have created a new index page, named and saved it inside my zip file as an .html file. but when i try to save changes, i get the 'Launch is Invalid' error. please help.
