Startapp ads problem

At two new apps (on my other Andromo account) I add Startapp banners. But there is no banners, only blank space. After few days same thing. I contacted Startapp support and they told me that is problem with SDK integration. Can someone from Andromo check this?

    I just tested a build with StartApp banners enabled, and it worked in my test. I'd suggest double checking your IDs and that there aren't any spaces at the beginning or the end.
