Long buffering, then error.

Hi,  I have a radio app that will not work on my Samsung Galaxy S6.  Before I changed phones it worked fine on my Motorola.  The app has gotten a handful of good reviews lately so I know its working for some.  Any idea what could be causing this?  One review (from another Samsung device) pointed out the same issue that I'm having.  Any help is appreciated.

    Some samsung devices fail to load radio stations all together.
    I have same problem and always expect my apps to be refused in samsung store.
    I have asked the team before and there is not much they can do.
