Custom Page Background Image

Hi everyone,

I know there has already been this type of discussion before but even if i tried using the code it still wont work..

i tried this, the code will show up on the custom page in andromo wont show up on device ones installed. any advice or code?
im currently using HTML archive but id rather use custom page if i can just change the background image. please help
