Audio File Embeed in Offline HTML?

Greetings Andromo Community,

I have a simple question which is, how can I put an audio file (MP3 or whatever) to open from the offline HTML achieve (I have it saved in it in the root directory) to the phone's audio player, or put it with a module to be played straight from the offline HTML webpage/pack?

Sort of like when you download an MP3 and you get this popup asking you which app do you want to play this with?

    You'll need to stream that MP3 from a URL rather than embed it. It's due to an issue with Android file permissions and local security.
