Terms & Conditions for App
Hi all,
I'm just designing my first app, and am looking to have a youtube video module in it. This feature is essentially a shortcut to a search of youtube for the topic my app would be about (or similar). So I'm providing a shortcut and a 'browser' in essence, although the content that may appear will be from youtube, and copyrighted accordingly. Is there a standard wording that anyone can point me to to insert in my terms & conditions (yet to be drafted) to cover my back (so I'm not re-using copyrighted material for commercial purposes, just providing a 'portal' to access it)?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
