how to prevent webview to load when no internet connection.

1- Need to display a message while on webview when there is no internet connection.

This application needs working data connection please check your data connection

Exit button or go to any other activity life feeds or contact page..

2- how to stop user from copying text
     like long press or touch n hold in web view..

I want to get these two things done.
Planning to buy 1 year plan.

Please let me know once done.. or if you already
