Violation of Device and Network Abuse policy

hi, I've release app in play store but has been rejected.
the reason is Violation of Device and Network Abuse policy 
anyone have solution ? do I also have to add a license agreement ?

    You will need to ask Google Play for more details, if they did not already provide them, but you just decided not to share that info...

    You didn’t say what your app is about, but I’m guessing it’s one of these reasons:

    Apps that facilitate or provide instructions on how to hack services, software or hardware, or circumvent security protections

    Or you have YouTube videos that aren’t using Andromo’s YouTube Activity but instead are showing banner ads along with a video. I'd suggest checking for other locations in your app where YouTube videos might be located such as Websites, RSS feeds etc. where you might be showing a banner ad on the same page.

    ok thank you, my app is music streaming, i'am using audio player activity and use track type "stream for URL".
