Is there anyway to manipulate the number of activites and their position on the home screen.  I know they are 2 per row, but wanted to know if you can shrink their icon size and fit possibly 3 per row?

    With very small text width (or no text at all) + a larger mobile screen. Then it's possible.

    Example from one of my apps: (this is on a Galaxy S2, so it's a big screen where 3 icons on a row actually fits)
