How to addbasic functionalities like "highlight" "note" "remembering the last page user was.

• Hi, I love you guys! 
  I was wondering, how can I add some basic more reader--like functionality to the Custom Page? I'm using the Custom Page activity as opposed to the PDF activity becuase the PDF doesn't seem to scale well and also lets users download and share it too easily (without buying the app book).
  
  
  The following are very desired functionalities for the Custom Page:
  • highlighting 
  • remembering the last page the reader was reading
  • bookmarking
  • dictionary 

  Thank you! I'm currently on a monthly membership. But, if I can solve these problems, I'd love to transfer to the yearly plan and possibly the advanced plan too.

I haven't tried this with pdf,  but this worked for me when I wanted to highlight and "zoom" to a particular section of a large html page within an app.
