Is there a good legal template we should be using to resell apps to clients that you use

What kind of legal template is everyone using to sell your apps to clients? How best stated that you are not selling the source code etc... I am looking for a template that would best fit this market type. Since the product is not fully given over to the client. Any suggestions on how best to cover one self would be appreciated

    We definitely have a bunch of people making apps for their clients with Andromo. How you arrange that with your clients is up to you, but in the end we're granting you a license to use, distribute and sell the apps you make with Andromo - you'd just want to pass on the same sort of rights to them.

    Good luck with that - it's an awesome business opportunity.
