AirBop default Notification settings

I would like to start using the Cloud Messaging for sending offers to my users.
The only thing is, I experience multiple uninstalls every time I send a cloud message.

I am convinced that the reason is my notifications interupt people (at inopportune times).
If I could set the default notification settings so the mesage appears in the Notification bar without making a sound, I will overcome this issue.

Is it in the Andromo pipeline for such settings to be customised?
