Can I Sell My Andromo Apps

Is there a way to sell a whole bunch of my andromo APPS that I have made
, are they transferable to another owner? if so, how do I go abouts doing this, thanks

    I have sold apps using fiverr.com I had an ad on there to make radio apps and would post the apps to Google Play for the person who purchased the app. I'm sure you could give the person the .apk as well. But I don't think it would be of much use to them if they wanted to edit the app.

    Oh, i wanted to actually sell APPS that I have already made and it has been generating some income already, is that possible? what if I sell my andromo/admob/google developer account too, is that allowed, thanks
