Question about packages and app building

I have account at Andromo and first year I paid for Starter, then next year Professional and I create only few apps with Professional plan with custom package name, all other apps are with Starter pack. Now I need to renew that subscription and can anyone tell me if I pay for Starter again can I update apps with custom package name? I dont want to change package name or anything, just update apps with custom package name - with Starter package? Thanks

    You need the Pro subscription to create or update apps that use the “custom package name” feature.

    In order for your apps to rank on Google play as well as for App store optimization, it is highly recommended to get the $21 per month package as it allows u to use the custom package name feature....
