How do i know if website contain adsense

If your website contains Google AdSense ads, you should not show Google AdMob ads as well. 
I dont understand this part because im using website url

    If the website shows ads, don't enable ads in your activity. Showing ads in the website content and outside of it at the same time is against their rules.

    If you're not sure, the safe approach would be to disable ads for that activity.
