This fix is good. Those bugs were the reason some stores refuse some of my apps. Samsung for example, if the tester navigated between many radio activities, they eventually noticed that Play button and Stop button were wrong. Thanks!
-
BTW Facebook still hasn't worked on GDPR compliance yet?
-
Great! Well done mates.
-
Only if you build the app again after Andromo creates API26 update and then submit an update to the app in Play Store.
-
Maybe the app was not yet published? It takes some time between submission and publication. It could also be your app was refused.
-
Guys do not forget that success in apps can be made even without Push. Let's be reasonable, they work hard and everything is offered on time. They need to make some money out of it too. If they see Airbop is not popular anymore, they will drop the p…

I know it is weird. Out of 200+ apps, they only complained on one. And even without the subtitle, it is still pretty explanatory that this is not just another content of the app but a link to another app. But in any way, I do think that this would b…

@colinadams Is this something that you could potentially consider?
-
Wait until Andromo has an update that will target it. Will also help if you take a look on 10+ threads that have been asked on this topic in the forum.
-
You need to check if the emails you received from Google contain the word "strike". 3 strikes mean ban, but you won't necessarily get a strike with an app suspension.
-
Yes, that's Step 1. Second and more important (for Google to allow the app without this message) is give a Privacy Policy URL in the app listing.
-
Give a privacy policy inside the app and in the app's listing.

As far as I have tested, emulators from Genymotion are detected by Facebook and no matter what you do, ad will not show. Even if FB app is logged in properly. But something might have changed since last time I checked. The trick you gave about tabl…

Yes, that is the most important thing. We need FAN to work their asses off and provide a GDPR compliant sdk like the smaller companies did.Losing FAN impressions in EU is necessary for now, but will hurt us in the long run. But until then, you are r…

OK - I figured out how to send ad requests. I used a VPN free app in my phone and sent the requests for FAN by relaying traffic to a Singaporean proxy. It worked, but... well let's just say we need a method to deal with this problem that is more eff…

@colinadams True, build times are lower now. Thanks! By the way, can you please check out my last post at https://forums.andromo.com/discussion/2336/andromo-app-maker-for-android-v5-0-15-released#latest? I cannot send ad requests to FAN because I a…

Guys, i got what seems to be big FAN problem. I am in EU, so I cant get FAN ad. Then how will the process of review move on? i cannot send ad requests... Any suggestions? Any way you can add capability to enable fan sdk for eu just enough for the te…

@colinadams True, thanks Colin!

Well done! Can we use the launch notice for both GDPR and cookie consent? Do we just combine the recommended wording? Any suggestions for a combo GDPR and cookie consent wording?
-
Thank you all for your work behind the scenes. Please, when you are ready to release, also give us some guidelines based on what you have managed to learn these past weeks. What can we do to increase our chances of an app which will survive in GP wi…

As far as I know the Share menu populates depending on what apps you have installed on the device. If there is no Twitter app, the share to twitter will not show.

I always have more than one ad network active. I get more fillrate, closer to 100%, and if something happens and the app gets banned, my users still see ads from the other ad networks.
-
The ads appear randomly. So, if the fill rate was same and you had admob and startapp, random means most probably you would be close to 50-50. Your admob will lose impressions, but the other ad network will take it. If it is good enough, you will ha…

The message says what needs to be done: From August 2018, new apps must target at least Android 8.0 (API level 26). From November 2018, app updates must target Android 8.0 (API level 26)." Means you do not have to update apps. But if you upda…

I see there are more problems involved than what a casual look would show... Thanks to both of you for letting me know. I see now that no ad network is safe, even admob. I do not like the EU consent policy popup and have been removing it, but seems…

Nope.
-
Yes, true. The apps went online without problems. Thanks.

They do not care if it's Google itself that served the ads. It will not cover you up in case of a banned app due to advertisements. You can try increase the age setup and there must be some way to block categories of ads in admob (but I do not recal…

Cannot edit the previous post. For me, subscriber since 2014 on very old subscription which is for unlimited apps but without the right to change package name to anything you want, I cannot build more than 2 at the same time. I guess the subscriptio…

@colinadams What I do would also be considered spamming according to your explanation: Build1: Make a No Ads version. Test it, fix problems/broken links in the project Build2: Make new No Ads version. Test it, found OK. Build3: Make Google version…
