Am I Able To Turn My Wordpress Site To An App With Andromo?

Hi, I have a wordpress site.

I want to create an app just for publishing our articles. With push notification option (on new posts). And maybe like buttons.

Am I able to do this with andromo?

    if you can do it with a WEBSITE activity, and for push notifications you can set up on wordpress onesignal.com where in the free plan you can have up to 30k subscribers, and the onesignal.com plugin gives you the option to send push notifications with each new post
