I could have sworn we just had this topic a few days ago.. anyways what I use to run Android apps for testing and screen and video capture

The best way is for sure to go to the next phone shop and buy an Android device.

Elmit, I agree real devices are best, but you can not capture screens or video unless they are rooted, that's why I use the software mentioned in the link above.

???? My phone is not rooted, ... and I can capture screens. I never tried to capture videos.
