Question about the affiliate program

I will ask again about the affiliate program, because I didn't get an answer on the support page or by email.

If an user creates a free account using my affiliate link and days or weeks, or even months later he decides to buy a subscription, will I still get a commission? Also, will I get a commission for every time he renews his account?

There's almost no information about the affiliate program.
