DOES FEARUE IMAGE IN GLOBAL STYLE WORK ONLY IN 16:9?

I have noticed that since the new builder has come, when to put an image in global style - image settings and select an image with aspect ratio 3: 1 so that it appears on all custom pages, the image is enlarged since it takes the 16: 9 format , is there any way to fix it?. Thanks you in advance

    I am having a similar issue with the Global Style function where the Primary, Accent and Body Style (Material Light & Dark) don't change according to the colors selected. Please advise fix. Thanks!
