I feel like an idiot, I don't know what I am doing

I am very new to this and have no clue what to do from this point. I generated an application but apparently i forgot a step or two. I got my facebook/email and front page to come up but that is all. The application has no functions. Can Someone please guid me through what I need to do to get my application fully functional so that i can market it? Any help would be great. Thanks.

It also might help if you detailed what functions you wanted to add. The basic idea is to add other activities (like the facebook and email activities) to get the functionality your app needs.
