How do I add my file to this app

I have built an application which is ICO file and I wish to add it to this app. How do I do it? I have tried to upload but it failed.

    I have built an application for questions and answers which uses adobe flash player. I tried to upload it on the content menu of Andromo app. The response I got was the file is not supported and help please?

    Adobe Flash Player is something that has been deprecated for like ten years already. It is definitely not supported.

    ICO files are images from Windows 3.x times, so not a viable image format for like 20 years ....
