Pro Andromo account

Hey!

I upgraded my account from starter plan to Pro on 30-05-2020 but now my account expired, how come this possible?

Before upgraded pro plan I was subscribe starter plan on 08-05-2020 then after 08-06-2020 both pro plan and starter plan expired, how can I do?
