Facebook Audience Network not accepting App from my country Philippines

I emailed Facebook about this.

When i try to Enter my business payment account information this is what i get This platform isn't supported in this payment account's region. 

this is their reply..

"Hi Mike,

Thank you for your email, i can see that you require support with setting up the payment platform. 

We are currently re-assessing how we allow publishers to enter the Audience Network. 

As a result we are not accepting all applications straight away as we determine the ideal process for bringing new publishers on to the network. 

At the moment, we do not have further information on the list of countries/ regions that we are not accepting.
