A novice requesting help from all experts

Dear all,

I have every hope that many of you are gurus in the field of programming. May i ask a small help to create an app, which gonna help me a lot. I want to create an app which can promt for few info like location, date, time etc..so the user need to type in the info and send an email to directly with a photo attachement

Please help

    I guess that's not possible. Users can't fill in fields, although it may be possible with the html activity (not online) or a website.
