Many Issue with V3 Builder and support not responding


when you open a support ticket you didnt get the aknowledgement even no proper support and no support page there.

how someone track there query

If no response from andromo how someone can find his ticket and push to andromo ..


really it needed.


i have 2-3 query but when i ask no body response on all how i will solve this issue.
