V3 audio player

Hi, I want to add an audio player in version 3 but with a link to my own URL and not upload the file, where is the option, please? I can't find it and then please I need to add a podcast, I also couldn't find it in version 3. Can you please help me, thank you.

    So I found the first question, do you have a player online and offline. But I haven't found a podcast yet
