Custom package name for Hobbyists

Dear Hobbyist developers,

Creating old V2 apps at V3 builder requires custom package name feature.

We have added this opportunity to Hobbyist packages in order to help users remake their old apps at V3.

This option will be available for Hobbyist subscribers till Jan 1 2022
