It's possible to place "my" own banner in an App?

Hi,

This week I got an e-mail from a company asking if I would be interested in a partnership.

I didn't move to more details yet because I would like to know in advance if it's possible to implement this in Andromo.

It seems, what I need to do is to place a banner (I think it's a static image) with a hyperlink in the App but I can't figure out a way to do it. It isn't possible?

You can do this with JavaScript in the HTML Archive section. But I don't know if it complies with Google policy
