Pics and sounds

Has anyone infringed copyright here for using pics from the web or sounds from a game or movie?  I only ask because I have created a soundboard that uses pics from the net and sounds from a game.  I tried to find originators but got no response.  Plus I emailed app developers who used the same material as I have  but received no response from them.  can anyone help me out here.  I hope I was clear enough.  thanks

    Yes I used the word Army so the U.S. Army Trademark Attorney Laurel Queeno gave me a take down on my app from the USA but only the USA.

    It turns out the you can have US and Army together. Anyway I would watch out as if you do get to many take downs you will lose your play account.

    In my opinion, you should buy a good av receiver you will save yourself from such problems. When it comes to me, I have read a review about marantz nr1608 and it seems to be a good thing, You should also have a look because this is a decision for your problem.
