Leadbolt ads integration

Does anyone knows how to launch leadbolt ads in wallpaper app i have seen one today made with andromo he made pornstar wallpaper app with leadbolt -

If its not integrated into Andromo (LeadBolt isn't) then you can only have a custom HTML or webpage and have your ads show on the webpage. It's possible.
