resizing a custom page

is there a way to have a custom page basicly fit the screen...it displays as zoomed in to the max but i want it to be zoomed out so you see everything on the page on your screen without having to adjust the zoom....maybe even being able to disable the zoom might work but that option is not available...any help would be great thanks
