I think it would be pretty cool to ad a feature where you might have to enter your email or register when first starting the app and collecting email from users for use in email marketing.
@rdlew: You can still create a custom activity for that. If the users will like the app, there is a big possibility, that they will sign up. But signig up before seeing anything... It's a bit shady. Recognized devs/companies can afford that, but personally, I would never sign up for anything from small devs.
