Andromo App Maker for Android version v4.0.3 has been released.

Here is the list of changes in this version:

  • Added the “Row style” option to the RSS and YouTube Activities. This
    new option lets you control the look of items in the RSS list. Choose
    from “Standard” and “Card”.
  • Updated the Photo Gallery app to use the same “Set As” feature for the wallpaper option as the Photo Feed RSS activity.
  • Added the “Enable Zoom” option to the Website activity
  • Added the ability to open Website activities directly in the external browser.
  • Added the “Open links in external browser” option to the Custom Page
    and HTML Archive activities that lets you control how links are opened.
  • Added the ability to reference sub-pages in HTML Archive activities using activity links (andromo://).
  • Made it so that the RSS Photo Feed activity grabs the full size image for Pinterest RSS feeds.
  • Improved the appearance of images and embedded YouTube, Vimeo videos (iframes) in RSS content pages.
  • Fixed a bug where YouTube videos would continue to play in RSS activity content pages after pressing the back button.
  • Fixed a bug where using the Photos app to handle the “Set As” option
    in Photo Feeds on Android 4.4 would cause the Photos app to crash.
  • Fixed a couple issues where some embedded YouTube video content would fail to play, or display.

    Zoom option for Web Activity is GREAT!

    Loving some of the changes. Tried out the cards option, unfortunately it does not respect style choices. For example in an RSS feed with the style set to white text on a red background it will just display white on white. hopefully this will be sorted out in the next update.

    @corrsea That is correct, currently it only themes the text and not the background colour of the card. It is something we hope to address in the future.

    Can we please get Linking Menu Activities?  Even if it is just two levels deep, that would solve a lot of my issues.

    Open links in external browser is very useful, but when it's checked, links are open only in external browser. I mean even if i do : target=_parent/_self/top  8-|
