I have a mobile phone board website forum, put your application 
But 
My original site can upload pictures, but can not use your program to upload, you can change it anyway?

    If you can upload on your website then you should be able to upload using your App, use the Website Activity to try?

    No I'm sorry, file selection/uploads aren't going to work in the Website activity. There was a method people used that involved using an undocumented function of the WebView widget, but that function is no longer available in latest versions of Android. There is talk about Google exposing functions to accomplish this in the future though, so we may be able to if that happens. So as it stands, it's not going to work.
