Red Flag meaning

I am pasting a word doc chapter in, and notice it has a red flag next to any headings? I can't find what that is supposed to mean?

    Not sure but sounds like incompatible MSWord formatting.  Before pasting in (to Custom HTML??) try pasting it in to a Rich Text Document or Notepad first then copy and paste from there.  This should get rid of any formatting...  Although I dont know if this is what you mean

    I think you are correct. It was because the doc had links to H1 etc for a toc.
