How to create photo gallery using photo link without upload , because upload leads to increase the size of the app and the users reluctant to download due to size of the app

is there way to upload app using cloud storage link ?

I do not understand why you are saying "upload".
If what you mean is you do not want to include the photos in the apk but "stream" them from an online source, to avoid large size of app then you can try uploading the photos on Picassa Web Albums and then grab the RSS link of the album and use a Photo RSS feed activity.

@anteos i have tried wat u said using photo RSS feed acctivity but when use my app it shows nothing, its a blank page. It loads no pictures whereas i have uploaded the pics in picasa web albums and linked to the RSS feeder. Any ideas?

The album in picassa should have a setting to be online ot published or shared with everyone. I cannot remember where I found this setting and cannot check at the moment but you need to activate it else rss wont work.
