Market place - China the same market?

Hi

I'm making a app for a school I work in and most of our students have smart phones that only access the 'Chinese Market place'. If I submit to Google play, will that then be available in the Chinese Market place too?

Also, if you know that answer you may know this one, will the Chinese market place also handle upgrades to my app?
