RSS feed from 3rd party

To display a 3rd RSS feed, do I need to ask for permission to the website from where I'd like to take it?

    You have to have a permission. Usually somewhere on the website it says what are the terms for using it, if you can find it and it says it's fine for using for commercial purposes, you should be good to go.
