I am new to programming.  How can I use HTML to allow users to check off from a table?  Any info would be appreciated.

    Do you intend to save that information somewhere?  How is the tablet generated?

    Kind of an open ended question.

    This would be like a PDF format that once the user edits it to their use; they can either print, share or email.

    Why not use an actual form-ready PDF?  Most if not all of the functionality you mention should be doable in a PDF form, no?
