Applications using GMS cannot be sold in China

I am getting the following messages while uploading apps on Samsung Galaxy Apps Seller Office...

Applications using
GMS cannot be sold in China. Please make sure that there is no binary
which declares the use of GMS in the AndroidManifest.xml file. Do you
want to exclude China from sales countries?

Can anybody please explain what is it all about and what can be done about it? Thanks.

    There should be a tick box when uploading your apk file that says something like 'Includes Google services?'  Tick Yes and it will disable the China market and you should have no more problems.  Unless you want to sell in china, then you cant use google services in your app.  Google service in China are not allowed :)
