PNG Conversion HELP PLEASE

For the life of me my PNG icons won't be accepted, could someone convert them for me. I am using a droid tablet. And don't have access to a PC.

I posted this earlier, seems the moderators "had an issue" with me attaching the files to the thread.

    I use the pixlr Express android app - It does editing but also can save as PNG JPG etc - It may be what you need?
