How to make activities clickable when we are with in the activities (from drop down menu)

 In my app , there are many lists  (websites link/ activities) of my favorite websites . Few activities have a direct link to my websites where I have saved many websites links and when users click those links it redirects them to other websites. 

Now after visiting those websites  , Users may want to go back to the main websites list (  not dashboard, but those activities main page) but now if users click over those activities from drop down menu, it do not work because users are already with in this activity. There is no way to make it clickable other than users have to go back main dashboard or other activities and then again select  those activities . 

Can I make this activities clickable while  We are with in those activities.
