question is this how I
should configure for
that application is
published in google
play, as I have tried to find this application and you can not find it

Just by search you won't be able to find it for a few days. Try the direct link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.andromo.dev111111.app111111 (replace the 1's with your own numbers).

Apps

You can find the direct link in the app page in developer console.
Other than that, I have bookmarked my personal page in Google Play. Find it by searching one of your other apps, then click on your developer name.
