why we can not acces andromo website ?

Dear Andromo Team
we are on tight dead line to finish an apps for our client
why we can not access andromo website for more than 4 days ?
this is hard for us because we already got complain from our client because we can not update their apps.

please give me a solution or suggestion regarding this problem
