Anyone else having problem logging in Samsung Seller Office?

Hi guys,

Today I cannot log in Seller Office, it says Wrong ID or password. When I try to recover either, I get error still.
This happens in two accounts, one of which is very new.
Can you check if you can login without problems, please? I was hoping it might just be a temporary server problem.
I have already asked their support.


  • Never mind guys, I managed to login. it could be temporary problem, or it could be it is related with Java, which I was asked to update.
