I want to add an activity in which i can get the feedback from the users of my application and a form of registration from which i get data of how many and who had registered for the application.
You would have to do it using some form of HTML of yourself, because a form like what you describe needs a server side as far as I know. Andromo does not include a server side feature
you can use a custom page feature and paste a code from formstack.com or sites like it that gets data information and save it to their servers for you to manage.. they also have free subscriptions
The easiest way to get feedback is to use the Email activity. And you can use Google Analytics to see how many people use your app and how they use it. Is there really a need for registration? If so, you'll probably have to deal with privacy and age laws.
