How long does the Google Play registrations process take?

I signed up as an Android developer and paid the fee. Just wondering how long it will take as I still have the message that my Google Play registrations is still being process. I've uploaded everything and I'm itching to push Publish on it.

    It seems like the time that takes can really vary. Even the amount of time for an app that you've uploaded to Google Play can vary a lot...sometimes it's up there within minutes, other times it can take more than a day.

    If it takes more than a couple days you might want to try contacting Google, but whenever someone mentions that it's taking a while, it usually seems to end up sorting itself out soon after.
