is there any way to allow a user to download an image from the andromo app to his gallery?

Maybe looks like it can't do that, because its will break a google play policy.  In this case a user can use image as a wallpaper mobile or bacground.  

Apps

As far as I recall, the gallery activity allows the user to set as wallpaper and save on his device. But I have not made such apps for a long time so maybe something has changed.
